1. Good Analytical skills.
2. Experience in JCL .

• Building own JCL
• Testing the JCL in test region
• Analyze the JCL errors and resolve the same.

3. Good Understanding of IBM utilities
4. Good Knowledge in OPC (Operation Planning and Control) Scheduler.

• Job triggering ways in OPC
• Current Plan, Long term Plan
• Create OPC application based on the user requirements
• Amending the OPC application based on the user requirements
• Runcycle/Calendar concepts
• Adding the OPC application into current plan in test.
• OPC Variables

5. Knowledge on DB2 and dealing with DB2 tables.

• Load empty the table
• Unload the table data in to a dataset
• Load the table with user given data

6. Experience in Endevor

• Adding elements from Endevor
• Retrieving the existing elements from Endevor

7. Knowledge on Connect Direct is preferred.
